You are cordially invited to join us for our 11th Annual Swing for Autism Golf Tournament and Dinner Celebration to be held November 2021 (date to be announced) at the Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club. Over the past 10 years, this Event has benefitted New Vista School, raising nearly $825,000 to fund valuable school programs for children with autism. In 2016, New Vista School partnered with Spirit League, a sports league for special needs athletes, as co-host of the Event. Proceeds will benefit both nonprofit organizations again in 2020!

The Tournament will have a shotgun start.
8:00am – Registration and online silent auction opens, putting contest and warm-up
10:00am – Tee-off
3:30pm – Appetizers, and in-person silent auction begins
4:15pm – Helicopter Golf Ball Drop
5:00pm – Qwards presentation
6:30pm – Conclusion
Helicopter Ball Drop
Join us for the exciting “Heli-drop.” During the cocktail hour, a helicopter will pick up golf balls numbered from 1 to 1200 then drop them over the green. The first three golf balls into the hole will win cash prizes.
- First ball in hole: $ 1,000
- Second ball in hole: $ 500
- Third ball in hole: $ 250
The winners will be announced at the dinner celebration following golf activities. Winner need not be present to win.” – then put button to purchase heli-drop balls that takes them to registration page.
Golf Dress Code
Men – collared golf shirts with sleeves, golf slacks or golf shorts (with a length no higher than 4 inches above the knee) and “soft-spike” golf shoes or tennis shoes.
Women – golf shirts, dress shorts, skirts or skorts must be no higher than 5 inches above the knee or have a minimum outer seam length of 17 inches.
Hats must be worn forward and men’s shirts must be tucked in at all times. Jeans, denim, cargo shorts/pants are not permitted on the course.

Silent Auction Instructions
We are excited to introduce Electronic Bidding on all silent auction items. You can bid from anywhere, anytime before the close of the auction right from your own phone! You even get an update if you are outbid. Be sure to bring your phone fully charged so you don’t miss out on all of the action!
Bidding will begin November 1, 2019.
You need to register in order to bid. We will post the link here once the auction items are ready.
After you register, you will get a welcome text message. There are three ways to bid:
1. By Smartphone – Click the link in your registration text. It will take you to a personal bidding page. Click on an item and place a bid, it’s that simple.
2. By Text – Text the 3-digit item number and amount to the welcome message you receive, (e.g., 101 500) no dollar signs or decimals are needed.
3. By “Personal Shopper” at the Event – Find a GiveSmart Pro in a RED shirt and they will be happy to place your bids for you.
